Nice Guys Finish Last

Why are we looking to reward people who get angry? I understand the underlying purpose here, but it boils down to making a weighted wait list where the people who are patiently waiting their turn will have to wait longer, while the short tempers will get better service.

If only the squeaky wheel gets the oil, then we'll all become squeaking wheels.
