Oh great, another amendment II

Actually, I can't really see anything terribly wrong with allowing non-us born citizens to run for president. Arnold's plan requires them to be citizens for at least 20 years - which also seems reasonable.

Don't get me wrong - I'm not hoping that Arnold will run - but I can't think of any reasons why someone who is a US citizen, and has been for so many years, can't run for President.
