Supreme Court Dodges

Anyone get a feeling the SCOTUS didn't really want to be forced into hearing this one? Actually, I can't fault them- I happen to agree with them. The guy was a troublemaker - and was using his daughter as a means of pushing a legal case he wanted.

Though, in the end, this just puts the issue off for a while.
