Schiavo Update

The full appeals court panel has refused to consider the case. I would seriously doubt that the Supreme Court will take the case, certainly not for any review of Terri's 14th amendment rights. There's a slim possibility that they may take it to address some tangent issue, but I doubt they will issue a stay order or overturn the appeals court.

Of course, who can tell these days.
