Roberts: To Worry or Not?

Law Dork links to a Washington Post piece which suggests Roberts will not be looking to overturn major decisions (IE Roe).

On the other hand both Perkins and Dobson– who’s primary focus is getting Roe and/or Lawrence overturned – seem pleased with the nod to Roberts.
