I wonder

Why is it when disasters hit ‘liberal’ areas, like New Orleans, the rabid right spends time wondering if maybe this wasn’t more than just a random act. (IE, God’s teaching us a lesson).

Why is it that none of that wondering seems to happen when things happen in conservative areas, like North Carolina?

Does God control some of the hurricanes, but doesn’t worry about the others? Or has North Carolina done something bad?
