More Kelo

Kevin Drum shares the next stage in Kelo type lawsuits and it is frightening.

A man in NJ has land, and wants to sell it to a developer to build 100 town homes. The city of Union Township wants to take the land ala Kelo, and have a different developer build the town houses. A ‘local’ developer.
