Short Note

Work is busy, but I’ve been listening to the hearings. I found Alioto’s answer to the Senator from Ohio’s pornography question interesting.

Alioto essentially said the first amendment needs to be re-interpreted to deal with modern changes to technology and society. Seems an odd stance for someone who would ‘strictly interpret the consitution’.
