Freedom to Hate

It looks like the free speech arena is the next target for the conservative right.

I'll admit there are free speech issues here - but I'm a little tired of the right claiming that preventing them from speaking out against gays is somehow a state establishment of religion, or somehow infringes on thier religious freedom.

Maybe more on that later.
