Rove / McKinney

It’s funny that the same bloggers who bemoan that McKinney will not be charged, seemed to take Rove’s escape from indictment as proof that he was completely innocent of any wrong doingin the Plame leak.

It’s not that hard folks. Rove got off because there wasn’t enough evidence to charge him (though, he himself admitted a role in the leak, which the administration had previously lied about). Same with McKinney. The fact the she wasn’t indicted, doesn’t mean she wasn’t guilty. Just that there wasn’t enough evidence to prove her guilt.
