Certainly true, but I wanted to note that the sign pictured ("You know that 'Love Thy Neighbor' stuff... I meant it -God") was affixed to the trolly by a woman who signed a petition against marriage equality.

There's a definate irony in that she believes people should "love" her while she demonstrates the reverse towards them.

The article didn't say what specifically was said to the trolly lady, but her just signing a petition against gay marriage doesn't justify verbal assault.

I agree, I was commenting on the sign she affixed to her trolley.

There's irony in someone attempting to make her neighbors second-class citizens and then posting a sign to encourage others to "love thy neighbor," regardless of the appropriateness (or inappropriatness) of any response to her former action.
