Missed that day in Civics

Bush is interviewed by Blitzer:

Bush: If we had good intel, I’d send US troops into Pakistan to get Bin laden

Musharraf: Ummm, no you wouldn’t.

Hasn’t anyone told Bush that, contrary to his belief, we can not just ‘send troops’ to anywhere we please. And, even if we were going to without asking, mentioning it on Us television, probably not the best approach.

Of course, Bush doesn’t deal in reality. He’s just worried about what the polls say...
