Question for the GOP

If someone tells you that a Senator sent ‘overly friendly’ emails to a teen page, doesn’t that mean the person telling you thought it was inappropriate?

This ‘I knew, but I didn’t know’, meme is annoying. You knew, but hoped nothing would come of it.
