Did that sound like ‘Arrogance and Stupidity’?

Sorry, what I meant was ‘Pair O’ Pants and Fluidity’. As in ‘The United States showed a Pair O’ Pants and fluidity in it’s handling of the Iraq war’.

Remember the pants thing? That’s what I meant. Arrogance? That’s just crazy talk.
