Millions of dollars are being spent to teach abstinence to adults.

The alleged purpose is the lower the occurrences of single moms. Of course, expecting that 25 year olds are going to stop having sex because the government says so is so flagrantly stupid, it could only come from the GOP.

You know what could help with the unmarried mom rates, while accepting the obvious fact that adults are going to engage in sex? Birth Control. You know, the very things factions of the GOP are trying to make illegal again.
