Brilliant, Belligerent, Bush

Bush came out today, and essentially said “Stay the Course”. Bolton: Stay the course. Domestic Spying: Stay the course. Bush Agenda: Stay the course.

He then talked about how America wants us to rise up against partisan politics.

Getting passed the irony of having Bush go full steam ahead on his old path, after talking about working in a new, bi-partisan manner – I have to give Bush some kudos.

He’s essentially setting up the Dems. Say ‘Bipartisan’, then offer a bunch of items you know the Dems will object to. Then accuse them of not having the Bi-paritisan spirit.

Pretty clever.
