Bush and Big Oil

Like Global warming, there is no proof that Bush is beholden to big oil. Nope, no proof.

The sad thing is

While this post offers no proof of its truth, I have no doubt it true.

Park Service Can't Give Official Age Of Grand Canyon For Fear Of Offending Creationists...

Update: A quick look at the Grand Canyon site shows they have the age of the canyon in the Faq.

Doesn’t mean the above is false, necessarily, but certainly makes it less plausible.

The conservative group sued the Mass legislature for their inaction on the anti-gay measure. Members of the legislature have filed a counter-suit.

Saddam

In the optimistic spirit of the New Year, I hope that the death of Saddam will help make things better in Iraq, though I fear it will have little, if any, impact.
