Things I learn in Law School
Pen Knives are called that, because they used to be used to cut new nibs on a quill pen.
Why yes, I did have to read about the evolution of printing as part of an overview of how technology has affected law practice.
I also learned that the modern ball point pen was created by a Hungarian who fled the Nazis. It was created to help the RAF, because the old style ‘Metal Quill’ pens tended to leak at high altitudes.
