Gay senator in Utah, pushes a bill to remove Sodomy laws from books, even though the law is essentially moot (due to the Supreme Court Lawrence holding).

Conservative in Utah vows to fight said bill, even though the law is essentially moot.

What better way to celebrate, than by dressing up as your black stereotype of choice, and serving fried chicken and malt liquor.
