Damn you Democrats!

57 days have passed since Bush sent his spending request to the Democratic-controlled congress. 57. And it’s still not ready for his signature veto. He must be wishing for the golden days of yore, when the Republicans were in charge and he got speedy results.

Like last year, when the GOP controlled congress took 86 days.

And the year before, when they took 119 – and still got applause from Bush.

Man, the good old days.
