We Don’t Need Hate Crime Laws

Uh huh.

The Warren County Sheriff's Department said the home of Neal Anthony had "Fags deserve to die", and "gays go to hell" painted on it. A rock was thrown through the window of the house, which has been in Anthony's family for three generations.

Three weeks ago a group of people all terrain vehicles drove by the house, yelling gay slurs and shooting about 80 paintballs at the house.

In Colorado, police in Pueblo are investigating an attack on an openly gay 15 year old student as he walked home from school.

Anthony Hergesheimer received a broken nose and a fractured cheek bone after he was struck in the face with a metal object.

Six teenage boys have been charged with assault. All six attend the same high school as Hergesheimer and face a one year expulsion from school in addition to the criminal charges.
