The California Bar exam is behind me.

The morning essays were A remedies question, a Concurrent Estate / Deeds question, and a Community Property / Wills crossover.

I’d love to say I definitely passed, but I won’t. To poorly paraphrase Donny Rumsfeld, there’s what you know, what you know you don’t know, and what you don’t know you don’t know.

I feel pretty good on what I knew I knew, and there wasn’t much I felt I didn’t know. It’s the didn’t know you didn’t know which is the thing that’ll bite you.

Still, talking to others, I think I did well enough to pass.

Now comes the hard part. Waiting 3 months to find out for sure.
