Like you, I don't believe it and I'd need to see some real evidence before I would but when Dana Perino says "To suggest that the United States orchestrated this on behalf of a political candidate just sounds not rational," I have to disagree with her. After other things the Bush administration has done for politics, this actually at least borders on rationality.
