Bored?

I was putting around, and I decided to post a paper I wrote a few years ago about the legal status of children of same-sex couples. As Prop 8 looms in California, I thought it might be relevant.

It’s longish – over 20 pages, but a relative easy read. It touches on adoption, surrogacy, DOMA (state and Federal), and covers some of the more interesting same-sex custody decisions, some which I have blogged on here.
